Trained in Druid Celtic and Mayan traditions, she has become a trusted guide for high-level executives and leaders navigating the sacred gap between external achievement and internal transformation through breathwork, ceremony, and womb healing.

Carlene holds space for Monthly Medicine breathwork sessions and leads transformative retreats in Guatemala, creating containers of deep authenticity where women remember their innate power and ancestral knowing. Her work guides women to reclaim their own medicine rather than seeking salvation from outside themselves—a philosophy woven throughout her distinctive methodology.

Through “Weekly Medicine for the Soul,” her newsletter and growing platform across YouTube and Instagram, Carlene serves as a truth-teller in the spiritual landscape—weaving ancient ceremonial practices with unflinching honesty to serve those ready to step into their truth and lead from a place of deep alignment with the sacred.
