Do you think you have “heard it all” concerning Self-Love? The truth is that though the words self love are used over and over, Self Love is actually the “ring-pass-not” of all initiatory work in spiritual evolution! It is, for the Maya the FIRST and most foundational of five wheels of consciousness evolution. One needs to have actually “passed” through into embodiment of that quality, to move on to other more advanced wheels such as Self Reflection, or Self Transcendence.
  Christine Arylo has made a significant contribution to understanding what Self Love is and how to actually embody it, through her book: Madly in Love with Me  which breaks it down into the 10 branches of Self Love. She has created a very clear structure as to how to step into the embodiment of Self Love, moving beyond a “yes-no” answer to a forever practice and path! She will be sharing with us about how weak Self Love shows up in spiritually conscious people in the form of over responsibility, survival burnout, and issues of distorted self acceptance and self worth. She will be showing us ways to consciously apply Self Love to alchemize shadow material that is ready to be released. Arylo is very gifted as a channel of practices that bring Self Love out of the conceptual and into a lived experience! Her magical curriculum has been utilized successfully by Girl Scouts, schools, rehabilitation systems and corporate america.
  Arylo is the author of four books the last of which was Overwhelmed and Over It.
She blends traditional leadership techniques gained from 25 years of corporate experience in wisdom based study, focused in the sacred feminine, earth wisdom, yogic science and body-mind-heart integration. She has been moderating Feminine Power Time podcast for seven years.
