Gather ‘Round the Fires of Consciousness to Explore and Share Awareness Dear Ones,    “Here is the human predicament: You are ‘in there’, (in your inner awareness) you’re not okay in there and you have developed concepts, beliefs, opinions about how everything needs to be for you to try to stay okay in there. We have to eventually solve the root of why we are not Okay in our inner awareness. To do that, the first thing to do is surrender your initial resistance to seeing what is. When you actually see what is there, you can then make a choice to release and let go of the stuff that is stored as energy patterns called ssamskara’s in your heart. Witness consciousness  simply chooses to breathe and relax back into the Seat of Self, in the face of any contraction. If you don’t allow yourself to get pulled into the thoughts or emotions, you can just relax and witness, releasing any energy that comes up with the breath. If the mind and emotions make noise, you just choose to lean away from it. You learn to simply feel any negative energy pattern that arises, breathing consciously to transmute the energy, thoughts, emotions it was held in. If you work on yourself in this way, you will create a beautiful place inside in which to live. You will come to a beautiful state within that is always there for you. It is a place of refuge and all you ever need to do to live there is to keep letting go.
