  Mana Shams is the visionary founder of Spirit Arts, a sanctuary where sound, movement, energy, and spirit merge into pathways of deep healing and remembrance. As a medical intuitive, frequency therapist, and Embodiment Temple keeper, Mana guides others into the subtle realms of energy and consciousness, helping them restore balance, vitality, and connection to their true essence. As a Shamanic return guide, she supports her clients into returning to their essence as they go through life transitions and major life events. Mana serves as a pillar holder and Temple Keeper for the Great Mother archetype in the 13 Moon Mystery School, weaving the universal feminine current of compassion, creation, and renewal into every space she holds. Through her presence, participants are invited to return home to their bodies, awaken their inner wisdom, and embody the divine flow of life.
Her four core offerings form the foundation of Spirit Arts: Shamanic Keys – Symbolic, intuitive counseling that reveals unseen patterns and opens pathways for healing and alignment. Shamanic keys help clients, specially healers to quantum leap. Kundalini Somatics – An embodied practice activating energy, sound, and movement for deep release and transformation. Helps to access the creative force and manifestation powers. Grants reaching higher states of consciousness. Bioresonance Alchemy – Healing through frequency and sound therapy, attuning the body and spirit into harmony. In 1-1 sessions, we can target specific medical conditions to support the healing. Ceremonies & Temple Dance – Sacred embodiment practices and ceremonial facilitation that guide participants into trance, prayer, wisdom of plants and embodied liberation. 
Alongside these offerings, Mana also holds sacred mentorship journeys — immersive, multiple-month containers of transformation where participants are guided to awaken their intuition, embody their truth, and step into deeper alignment with their soul’s path. These mentorships weave together her signature practices into a personalized pathway of remembrance and empowerment.
