Dearest Beloved,
Lately I’ve been contemplating what true leadership is to me. After many years of holding space for women to come into a deep remembrance of their essence, beauty and empowered presence, I’ve witnessed them begin to lead their lives from their open hearts. I’ve watched them step through gateway challenges, out of old patterns that no longer serve them, into the fullness of their lives – whether that’s in their sacred work, creative endeavors, roles in community or right relationship.
We all know what false leadership and distorted power looks and feels like from the current state of affairs in the world. There’s so much imbalance and disharmony, it often breaks my heart and I continue to ask how I can serve and support the shift that is so needed.
True leadership does not control, shame, judge, suppress, attack, deny, separate, turn away and dismiss with an air of superiority.
True leadership listens, responds, guides, educates, illuminates, includes, collaborates, empowers, uplifts and reflects vulnerability, humility, honor, kindness and compassion.
One of the reasons I’m so committed to continuing to train women in the mystery school work that I’ve been initiated and ordained in is to serve this shift through empowering women to stand in their own spiritual sovereignty. From this place, we rise together in collaborative, loving and lasting sisterhood. We emerge from the circle with such a natural sense of compassion and unity and lead our lives as the antidote to the illusion of scarcity and separation. This is the miracle of love that is needed to counteract the broken system of competition.
This spring I am beginning another year-long, in-person initiation circle and priestess training in the San Francisco Bay Area. Whether you resonate with being called a priestess or not, this is about embodying the Divine Feminine principles of leading as unconditional love and heart-centered presence, seeing dazzling diversity within unity and bringing the balm of compassion that this world so desperately needs. Due to interest from people who don’t live locally, I am also holding a quarterly retreat format that begins this coming summer.
This year’s training is going to be focused on our leadership in our lives – however that wants to take shape – in our families, our communities, our work, our creative endeavors and how we impact the world at large. Another focus for this training will be embodiment and sound, opening our throat chakras, activating the power of our voices while anchoring the frequencies of our own soul essence and highest mythic self into this timeline. We are so needed NOW in our fullness, recognizing our wholeness, showing up in love.
