Here’s how to prepare: Our overview intention on all calls: We are here to remember the importance of our heart to heart connections in community, to stay centered in Love no matter what storm is taking place in the world. We are here to Witness each other, offer and feel supported on our journeys and to be catalyzed to open to new growth.
Please take this in for optimal enjoyment of the Soul Salon Tea Parties.
(Please prepare for this Tea Party by dressing up and bringing a tea mug if it is in your joy, that aligns with the theme of the Tea Party. If you have a poem, song, story, image etc. that illuminates the theme, please bring it to share with us. This circle is co-created magic!)

The intention of these Soul Salon Tea Parties is to share, connect hearts and uplift our spirits while exploring a topic in consciousness that inspires us to more awareness and growth. These are light-hearted circles to offer support, love and caring to each other, to share our inspirations and to laugh and playfully connect.

Dear Ones,
One of the definitions of vitality is: “approaching life with excitement and energy; not doing things halfway or halfheartedly; living life as an adventure; feeling alive and activated.” When we allow ourselves to move into the frequency range of fear, it damages vitality on all levels of being. Our enthusiasm and excitement about life leaches off and often that leaves us feeling dulled, uninspired, unmotivated, depressed.. in essence living half way and half-heartedly. Far from living life as an adventure, we tend to contract, hunker down, numb out. We begin to go through the motions and do things without enthusiasm or joy. This soul salon is about reclaiming our ability to experience life as a mythic adventure. To re-frame our reality out of fear and into the excitement of the adventure. Come share with us about how you are remaining in a state of vitality and well being. Let us share the wealth of our wise, soul-selves knowing. Feel free to bring poetry, art, music whatever you feel supports our feeling full of vitality! And if you want to bring a tea mug that for you holds the energy of vitality, please bring that. If inspired, dress in a color that for you embodies vitality! Join us on Wednesday, October 6th at Noon Pacific!
